1. Returns
•We do not accept returns for change of mind.
•Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery (with photos).

2. Exchanges
•Apparel size exchanges may be accepted if stock is available. Customer bears return shipping via Shiprocket.

3. Refunds
•Approved refunds (for defects or non-availability) will be processed within 7–10 business days through Shiprocket’s payment system to the original payment method.

4. International Orders
•Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
•We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
